How do you price commercial cleaning?
After a free site walkthrough. You get a written scope and a fixed monthly price based on your space, your sector and how often you need us.
When do you clean?
Usually after hours or early morning, timed so we are finished before your first person arrives. Day cover can be scoped for larger sites.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
Ask us about terms at the walkthrough. We would rather keep you because the clean is good, not because of the contract.
